If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.I did all this, but you said we will give you £10 something back if you keep it It was off no use to me my puppy was frightened of it as it was fierce and very noisy I offered to return it by paying for the return myself , NOTHING It looks like I have lost over £34 buying on line is not always good especially when they are unhappy that you wont keep the item which is not usable and just have a fraction of the cost of what you have paid
Do not buy this! Mine was broken right out of the box. It's very cheaply made as well with no instructions. Total plastic piece of garbage that I paid over $50.00. Please don't waste your money like I did.
